You should not take Tadalafil if any of these conditions apply to you:

- Renal failure

- Vision disorders (retinitis pigmentosa)
- Arrhythmia
- Peptic ulcer
- Low or high blood pressure
- Priapism
- Anatomical deformations of the penis

The medication is not intended for use in men therefore must not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding
How Tadalafil is taken?
You should take Tadalafil exactly as indicated by your physician. Do not exceed recommended dosages. Follow the directions of your prescription. Tadalafil professional sublingual tablets should be dissolved under the tongue. Do not swallow the medication. The drug should be taken 30 minutes before suspected sexual activity.

The symptoms of overdose include: dizziness, hot flash, migraine, nasal congestion, stuffiness in nose, prolonged erection.
